I have been with Yaskawa Motoman Robotics since we started the company over 30 years ago and I have been working with NWOSS for over 20 years. We worked with a couple of other security vendors early on and quickly learned that you get what you pay for, (poor equipment, installation, and service)! Since working with NWOSS our company has grown into a large international organization with facilities throughout the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. NWOSS has grown with us and has always been there for us when we need them. The have an excellent, knowledgeable staff, impeccable customer service and a wide ranging product line to choose from. If you or your company needs security and/or fire protection you need to contact NWOSS. They are a first rate organization. I would recommend them without reservation and that is something I very rarely do.

Assistance integrating our systems

Thank you for your assistance in integrating our two systems. Carl got me pretty much set up with the credentials, NIC, and camera schedule and Cecilio was super patient and helpful with figuring out why I wasn’t get feed to my touchscreen and completing some configuration modifications yesterday. I really appreciate all of the help.
