During the consultation, one of our Residential Sales experts will meet with you to discuss your needs and budget. Based on that meeting, we will then design a security system customized for your home and family using high-quality, user-friendly products.
Beyond security, we also keep safety in mind. We always adhere to applicable building/safety codes and only choose UL-listed electrical products.
The NWOSS Monitoring Team provides prompt responses to alarms received from your security system. To give you peace of mind, we dispatch emergency responders on your behalf 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can even choose who we notify during an alarm with a personalized emergency contacts list.
NWOSS owns and operates its own Monitoring Station located at our headquarters in Lima, OH. A local monitoring station ensures you get fast response times from a team that is familiar with the emergency responders in our neighborhoods.

We want you to feel comfortable and safe using your new equipment. So, after we’ve installed your new home security system, NWOSS will then train you how to use it. Our friendly technicians will walk you through all the functions and features, plus answer any questions you may have.
