I have been with Yaskawa Motoman Robotics since we started the company over 30 years ago and I have been working with NWOSS for over 20 years. We worked with a couple of other security vendors early on and quickly learned that you get what you pay for, (poor equipment, installation, and service)! Since working with NWOSS our company has grown into a large international organization with facilities throughout the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. NWOSS has grown with us and has always been there for us when we need them. They have an excellent, knowledgeable staff, impeccable customer service and a wide -ranging product line to choose from. If you or your company needs security and/or fire protection you need to contact NWOSS. They are a first-rate organization. I would recommend them without reservation and that is something I very rarely do.

The people from NWOSS have been absolutely fantastic in helping the Lima Public Library with our new camera security system provided by NWOSS. Thanks for lining up help for my Milestone server. With the help of your support technician we were able to diagnose the issue (bad drive in raid set) and then I was able to get a replacement from my server vendor and resolve the issue completely. Thanks again for the assistance.

Thank you for your efforts last week in developing a custom solution to assist Westfield and the Security team in order to deploy the necessary changes due to the recent pandemic. You worked tirelessly on changes to access control configurations and access profiles. You created a pandemic lockdown feature with one button control from the SOC, reprogrammed all facilities and built a pandemic employee profile. Additionally, you developed an operational video and an instruction manual to provide direction to all security staff, since we have 24/7 coverage and instruction needed to be communicated to all staff regardless of their shift. This tremendous level of cooperation and assistance speaks to your personal commitment to getting the job done and understanding what it takes to implement a successful solution.
