Leonard (“Lenny”) Hall is a seasoned security professional and Vice President of Threat Assessment Management Services for OSS. During the eighteen years prior to joining OSS, he was the Security Operations Director & Chief Security Officer (CSO) for Scotts Miracle-Gro, a Fortune 500 company.
The primary focus of Lenny’s career has been related to threat assessment management, executive protection, critical infrastructure protection, and homeland security compliance. As a security professional, he has continued his lifelong pursuit of knowledge and training in these subject matters of expertise.
Before and after joining Scotts Miracle-Gro, Lenny continued to serve as an adjunct instructor for the University of Findlay, Center for Terrorism & Preparedness. He was responsible for developing and teaching both graduate and undergraduate-level programs with a focus on Security Vulnerability Assessment, OPSEC Counter-Terrorism Measures, and Threat Assessment Management. During this time frame, Lenny also served as an active member of the State of Ohio Security Task Force (SOSTF) and the City of Columbus, Homeland Security Commission, Community Relations Subcommittee.
Preceding his career at SMG, Lenny was the President of Hall & Associates, Inc., a successful, duly licensed Investigation & Security Consultancy, headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. While leading the company, Lenny directed a diversity of major high-stakes investigations and protective missions, serving clients in both the private and public sectors.
